Is this really 1:1 coaching?
Yes. You get your own strategy, a personal Loom review from me every week and a private chat with me. The cohort chat is only for support from the other founders.
What if I have a small following?

What counts as a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is a real person who fits the ideal client we define together in week 1, shows clear interest in your service by asking about it, replying to an offer, filling in a form or booking a call, and reaches you through Instagram, from a post, a story or a DM. Friends reacting to your posts, other service providers and people with no budget do not count.
How much time should I set aside?
2 hours on the weekend and 30 minutes on weekdays.
